We've got you covered from the first getting-ready shot to the last dance of the night. Here's exactly what your day looks like with us behind the lens.

There's a moment that happens at almost every wedding we photograph — usually right around the ceremony — when one of our couples looks at us mid-laugh and says, "I forgot you were even there."
That's the goal. That's the whole thing.
We know that having a photographer following you around all day can feel a little intimidating at first. So before your wedding day arrives, we want to pull back the curtain and show you exactly what it's like to have Tim and Luke with you from start to finish.
No surprises. No stress. Just you, your people, and the best day of your life — documented beautifully.
Before the Day
We Do Our Homework Before We Ever Show Up
Your wedding day doesn't start for us on your wedding day. It starts weeks before, when we dig into the details so we can show up fully prepared.
Before your wedding, we'll connect with you to go over your timeline, talk through any must-have shots, and make sure we know your venue, your family dynamics, and anything else that matters to you. If you have a wedding coordinator, we'll loop in with them too.
What We Cover in Your Pre-Wedding Check-In

Final timeline review — we'll flag anything that feels rushed
Shot list walkthrough — family formals, must-haves, and special moments
Venue logistics — lighting, locations, backup plans for weather
Any special considerations — surprises, mobility needs, family sensitivities
A quick gut-check — how are you feeling? What are you most excited about?
We want to walk in on your wedding day already knowing your faces, your story, and what matters most to you. That prep is what lets us disappear into the background and just capture it all.
Your Wedding Day
Every wedding is different, but here's what a standard 8-hour day with us generally looks like. We'll build your specific timeline together during your pre-wedding check-in.
1 - HOURS 1-2 | Getting Ready
This is where the day begins — and honestly, some of our favorite images come from this time. The details (rings, shoes, florals, invitations), the quiet moments between you and your people, the happy tears, the laughter. We document it all without directing traffic. You just get ready. We handle the rest.
2 - HOUR 3 | First Look or Pre-Ceremony Portraits
If you're doing a first look, this is one of the most emotional and beautiful moments of the day — and we position ourselves to capture every second of it. If you're waiting until the ceremony, we'll use this time for wedding party portraits and any couple portraits that work within your traditions.
3 - HOUR 4 | The Ceremony
We work quietly and unobtrusively during your ceremony. Tim leads on the couple and ceremony coverage while Luke captures the reactions — your guests, your wedding party, the people who matter most to you. We never use flash during vows. We never interrupt the moment. We just document it.
4 - HOUR 5 | Family Formals & Wedding Party Photos
We move through family formals efficiently — we're experienced at organizing groups and keeping the energy light so nobody feels like they're standing in a lineup. We'll have your shot list ready and move through it quickly so you can get to cocktail hour and actually enjoy it.
5 - HOUR 6 | Golden Hour Portraits
This is the moment we plan your timeline around. We'll sneak you away from cocktail hour for 20–30 minutes to capture the two of you together in the best light of the day. These are the images that end up on your walls. We know how to find the light, wherever your venue is.
6 - HOURS 7-8 | Reception Coverage
Grand entrance, first dance, parent dances, toasts, cake cutting, open dancing — we cover it all. Luke captures the wide moments and guests while Tim stays close to you. By the end of the night, we'll have documented every part of your celebration. We wrap when our coverage ends, leaving you to finish the night with your people.
Our Approach

How We Actually Work on Your Wedding Day
We blend in — on purpose.
Tim and Luke have photographed enough weddings to know that the best images happen when couples forget the camera is there. We don't bark directions or pose you every five minutes. We guide you gently when we need to, and then we step back and let the day unfold.
We communicate — constantly.
You'll always know where we are and what's coming next. If we need to adjust the timeline, we'll let you (or your coordinator) know immediately. We're proactive, not reactive.
We handle the chaos so you don't have to.
Weddings have moving parts. Things run late. Lighting changes. Family members wander off. We've seen it all, and we adapt without drama. Our job is to make sure you never feel the stress of the photography — only the joy of the day.
"Our couples consistently tell us the same thing after their wedding: they didn't feel posed, they didn't feel rushed, and they're amazed at how many moments we caught that they didn't even know were happening. That's exactly what we aim for every single time."
— Tim & Luke, Studio4one5
After the Wedding
What Happens After We Leave
Sneak peeks (select packages)
Some of our packages include a sneak peek — a small selection of edited images delivered within the first week so you have something beautiful to share while you're still riding the high of your honeymoon. Ask us about which packages include this when you book.
Your full gallery
We'll deliver your complete, fully edited gallery through a private online gallery. Every image is carefully culled and color-edited to match the warm, genuine style you saw in our portfolio. You'll be able to download, share, and print directly from your gallery.
We're here after delivery too
Have questions about printing? Want to order a canvas or album? We don't disappear after we hand over your gallery. We're still here, and we still care about how your images end up in your home and your life.
