There is no rush in a Studio4one5 newborn session. We follow baby's lead — feeding when they're hungry, pausing when they need soothing, taking all the time in the world to capture the details that disappear so quickly.
Sessions typically run 2–3 hours, though we never clock-watch. The goal is always the same: you leave with a gallery that feels like those first precious days, exactly as they were.
I work quietly and gently, keeping the environment warm and calm throughout. Parents are encouraged to be fully present — hold your baby, feed them, rest if you need to. You don't have to perform for the camera. Just be a family.

1 / Book During Pregnancy
Reach out during your second trimester to reserve your spot. Studio4one5 holds newborn session dates for expecting families — we confirm the exact date once baby arrives. No deposit is lost if your due date shifts.
2 / Prep Call Before Your Due Date
A few weeks before your due date, we'll connect to talk through session style, location (your home or studio), and any preferences you have. You'll receive Studio4one5's full newborn prep guide covering everything from feeding timing to what to have ready at home.
3 / Baby Arrives — You Let Us Know
When your baby arrives, send us a message whenever you're ready. We'll confirm your session date within the first 5–14 days of life — the ideal window for newborn photography when babies are sleepiest and most flexible.
4 / The Session — Slow & Gentle
Sessions run 2–3 hours with no rush. We follow baby's cues entirely — feeding breaks, soothing time, and cuddles are all part of the flow. You don't need to prepare anything special. Just be home (or arrive at the studio) with your baby fed and your family together.
5 / Your Gallery Delivered
Your full edited gallery arrives within 6 weeks via a private online link — beautifully edited, ready to download, share, and order prints from. A sneak peek of a few favorites is sent within 14 days of your session.
How to Prepare for Your
Newborn Session
Feed Baby Right Before
A full, sleepy baby is a happy newborn session. Try to time a full feeding for 30–45 minutes before we start.
Have snacks and drinks ready
Sessions run 2–3 hours. Take care of yourself — eat, rest, feed baby as many times as needed. This is your session too.
Keep the space warm
For in-home sessions, turn the heat up a little — babies settle much better when they're warm. We'll let you know the ideal temperature ahead of time.
Bring any meaningful props
A special blanket, a stuffed animal, something from a grandparent — small meaningful items make for the most treasured photos.
Wear what feels comfortable
You'll likely be in some of these photos too. Soft neutrals and simple layers photograph beautifully. No need to be dressed up — comfort wins.
